About us

Niall Brown

Niall is an experienced debt advisor with an entrenched background in lending.

Niall started his career in banking and finance at Lloyds Bank, and then subsequently at a debt fund. Lending is a cornerstone part of Niall’s experience – key to advising on debt is understanding the lending process and the nuances of each funding provider. Over his career he has worked on nearly every type of asset class and capital structure. Niall is adept in both complicated cashflow modelling, legal negotiation of commercial points and equity structuring. Niall studied Economics at Newcastle University.
